The MVCC Men's Cross Country team won the Mountain Valley Conference Championship meet at SUNY Adirondack on Saturday. 

Brady SanFilippo led the Hawks and finished second overall with a time of 24:05.22. Dakota Corney placed third (24:24.38) and Austin Cady claimed sixth place (25:07.42). Colin Lane earned eighth place (25:19.81), Joe Bass placed 13th (26:18.49) and Eric Dumas finished 14th (26:27.98)

Other Hawks finishers included: Michael Batten (27:08.93), Matthew Gallimo (28:35.43) and Colin Shean (34:34.15)

SanFilippo, Corney and Cady were named All Conference.

MVCC will compete at the Region III Championships at Finger Lakes Community College on October 28th.
